Setting up

If you order is for 20 or more people, we can be available to set up for you. This service is charged as follows.

Vintage Lily, £1 per setting

Primrose or Forget-Me-Not 75p per setting

Please note that these prices refer to the setting out of china, cutlery and linens only. There is an additional charge for setting out food of around 50p per person of depending on the number of guests and the quantity of food. We will work with our recommended caterers, or other caterers of your choice, to provide you with the best value service.

Re-packaging

As per our terms and conditions, the hirer is expected to repackage the china prior to collection or return. If however you would like us to do this for you, we charge an hourly rate, as for our waitressing service . As a guide, repackaging the Vintage Lily package for 40 people would take 2 staff one to one and a half hours.
